When approaching a railway crossing with flashing red signals, you must:
- ○Stop only if you see a train
- ○Sound your horn and proceed
- ✓Stop and wait until the lights stop and the way is clear
- ○Slow down and cross quickly

Stop at least 5 metres from a railway crossing when signals are flashing and do not proceed until they stop and it is safe.
